Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. celery, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 c. corn flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, minced celery, pecans, salt, cornflakes, eggs, soy sauce, and garlic in a mixing bowl.
  2. Roll the mixture into small meatball shapes.
  3. Roll each meatball in flour to coat.
  4. Deep fry the coated meatballs in very hot vegetable oil until golden and cooked through, then drain on paper towels.
