Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed in a garlic press
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 pounds small pork spareribs or lean breast of lamb, cut in small sections of 2 or 3 ribs each

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, honey, catsup, crushed garlic, ground ginger, and water in a mixing bowl or pan to make the sauce.
  2. Place the small pork spareribs or lamb sections in a baking pan.
  3. Pour the sauce over the meat, ensuring all pieces are coated.
  4. Marinate for at least 30 minutes if desired, then bake or cook as preferred.
