Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar chipped dried beef, chopped well
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Cream all ingredients together, saving enough chipped beef to roll the cheese ball in.
  2. Shape into one large or two smaller cheese balls. Chill until firm.
  3. Roll the cheese ball(s) in the reserved chipped beef.
  4. Serve with crackers.
