Ingredients

  • salt and pepper
  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • chopped onion, as desired
  • 4 medium Irish potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 large can English peas
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. Ragu spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the cut-up chicken pieces.
  2. Brown the chicken in oil until cooked, then drain off excess oil.
  3. In the same skillet, add chopped garlic and onion and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add the Irish potatoes and cook until slightly tender.
  5. Stir in the English peas and spaghetti sauce.
  6. Simmer until all ingredients are cooked through and flavors meld.
