Ingredients

  • 2 unbaked pie crusts
  • 1 3/4 sticks butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 (6 oz.) packages chocolate chips
  • 2 cups chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and let it cool.
  2. Beat the eggs by hand until frothy.
  3. Add the sugar, flour, cooled butter, and vanilla; mix well by hand.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
  5. Pour the mixture into two unbaked pie crusts.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown and solid in the center.
