Ingredients

  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chicken
  • 16 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (10 oz.) can biscuits

Instructions

  1. Thaw the mixed vegetables, then combine them with chicken, chopped onion, and chopped celery in a 2-quart baking dish.
  2. Set aside the vegetable and chicken mixture.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and milk.
  4. Stir until well mixed, then add the soup mixture to the chicken and vegetables.
  5. Stir everything together, then place the biscuits on top of the mixture.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F (220°C) until the biscuits are golden and the casserole is heated through.
