Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/3 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, cocoa, and melted margarine; press firmly on bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate to form crust.
  3. In a mixer bowl, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy.
  4. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and melted chocolate chips, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
  7. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
  8. Remove from oven and cool completely.
  9. Garnish as desired and refrigerate leftovers.
