Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Quick Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 c. rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c. miniature chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Stir wet ingredients together then add dry ingredients just until evenly moistened (batter will be lumpy).
  3. Scrape into a buttered and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
