Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 lb. can pumpkin
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt on waxed paper and set aside.
  2. In a separate large bowl, combine sugar, eggs, and pumpkin.
  3. Beat on high for about 2 minutes and gradually add the sifted ingredients.
  4. After all the ingredients are blended well, stir in chocolate chips and chopped walnuts using a big spoon.
  5. Grease and flour a Bundt pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes and then remove from the pan.
