Chocolate covered balls with a rich peanut butter and pecan filling, coated in smooth chocolate, perfect for parties, gatherings, or as a sweet treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. confectioners sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 block paraffin wax
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 large pkg. chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine confectioners sugar, peanut butter, vanilla extract, melted margarine, and chopped pecans in a bowl; mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin wax in a double boiler until smooth.
  4. Dip each candy ball into the melted chocolate to coat evenly.
  5. Place coated balls on waxed paper to cool.
  6. Chill the chocolate-covered balls in the refrigerator before serving.
