- Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually blend into the chocolate mixture to form a dough.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
- Roll each ball in confectioners sugar until coated.
- Place the coated dough balls on a greased cookie sheet, spacing 2 to 3 inches apart.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes until cracks form on the surface.
- Allow cookies to cool slightly on the baking sheet.
- Remove from the pan and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
