- Spread crushed Oreos in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
- Melt the butter and unsweetened chocolate in a double boiler.
- Add the beaten eggs to the cooled chocolate mixture, then add the confectioners sugar.
- Spread this mixture over the Oreo crust and freeze for 25 minutes.
- Soften the vanilla ice cream and mix in the creme de menthe.
- Pour the ice cream mixture over the fudge layer.
- Crush 5 Oreos and sprinkle on top of the dessert.
- Freeze overnight before serving.
