Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 (6 oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 to 3/4 pound pastel cream mint kisses
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 6 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Stir together the flour and baking soda in a bowl.
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat and stir the brown sugar, margarine, and water over low heat until the butter is melted.
  3. Add the chocolate chips to the saucepan.
  4. Heat and stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into a large mixing bowl and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooled.
