Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 cup fresh pecans
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 2 packages of instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, butter, and pecans together for the crust.
  2. Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes or until light brown.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and Cool Whip until well combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  5. Prepare the chocolate pudding by mixing the pudding mix with milk until smooth.
  6. Spread the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the top of the chocolate pudding.
  8. Chill the dessert overnight before serving.
