Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Oat Bran
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Mix together margarine, sugar, oat bran, flour, and unbeaten egg white well.
  2. Flatten the mixture evenly in a 10 x 12-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
