Creamy, cheesy chicken breasts topped with mushrooms and melted mozzarella and Parmesan, perfect for comforting family dinners or special occasions with rich flavors.

- Flatten chicken breast halves between two sheets of wax paper to 1/8-inch thickness.
- Coat chicken with flour and lightly brown in a skillet using 4 tablespoons of butter.
- Pam coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and place chicken into it, slightly overlapping each piece.
- While browning chicken, sauté mushrooms in the remaining butter.
- Sprinkle mushrooms evenly over chicken.
- Add chicken broth to the drippings left over from browning chicken and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour sauce evenly over chicken and bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese over chicken and bake an additional 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over chicken and serve.
