Tips & Substitutions
For a thicker soup, blend more of the potato mixture. You can substitute the chicken breast with turkey for a different flavor or use vegetable broth instead of water for added depth. Adding a dash of garlic powder can enhance the flavor profile. For a creamier texture, consider using low-fat evaporated milk instead of skim milk.
Serving Suggestions
Serve this chunky soup with a side of crusty bread or a fresh garden salad for a complete meal. It pairs beautifully with Mushroom And Cheddar Soup for a comforting dinner. Top with additional cheese, fresh herbs, or a dollop of sour cream for an extra touch of flavor.
