Ingredients

  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz. herb stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Dip each chicken breast in the sour cream mixture.
  3. Roll the coated chicken breasts in the herb stuffing mix.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts in a greased casserole dish.
  5. Pour 1/2 cup melted margarine over the chicken.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour until cooked through and golden.
