Ingredients

  • 1 small can chopped black olives
  • 1 small can diced green chilies
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
  • 3/4 lb. grated Jack cheese
  • 1 prepared Good Seasons Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the prepared Italian dressing over the mixture and stir well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
