Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup crushed nuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix oleo, egg, vanilla, flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.
  3. Combine cinnamon and crushed nuts in a separate bowl.
  4. Roll the cookie dough into 1-inch balls and roll each ball in the cinnamon and nut mixture.
  5. Place the coated balls on an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) until golden brown, about 7 to 10 minutes.
