- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix brown sugar, milk, and egg in a bowl.
- Combine bread crumbs, cornmeal, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Dip squash slices into the egg mixture, then coat with the bread crumb mixture.
- Place coated squash slices in an ungreased baking pan.
- Drizzle with margarine.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the squash is soft.
