Cinnamon Swirl Loaves

Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside.
- Pour hot milk over honey, salt, and shortening in a large bowl and cool to lukewarm.
- Stir in 1 cup of flour to the mixture.
- Add softened yeast and oats to the bowl.
- Stir in enough additional flour to make a soft dough.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise until doubled in size, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll up the dough tightly and slice into loaves.
- Place in greased pans, let rise again until doubled, about 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before removing from pans and serving.
