Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh or frozen haddock or other white fish ⓘ
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen shelled shrimp
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can minced clams ⓘ
- 1/2 large green pepper ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion ⓘ
- 1 clove garlic ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil ⓘ
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce ⓘ
- 1/2 cup dry white or red wine ⓘ
- 3 Tbsp. minced parsley ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. oregano ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. basil ⓘ
Instructions
- In a 3-quart saucepan, cook green pepper, onion, and garlic in oil until tender.
- Add undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, wine, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Cut fish into 1-inch pieces and add to the tomato mixture.
- Add shrimp and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add undrained clams and cook for about 5 minutes.
