Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, thawed orange juice concentrate, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and stir well.
  2. Add shredded red cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced green pepper, and golden raisins to the bowl.
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly to coat evenly.
  4. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
