Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. shredded Colby cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine frozen hash browns, sour cream, shredded Colby cheese, chopped onion, cream of mushroom soup, and cream of chicken soup.
  3. Melt butter and add to the mixture, stirring well to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, spreading evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
