- In a large mixing bowl, combine frozen hash browns, sour cream, shredded Colby cheese, chopped onion, cream of mushroom soup, and cream of chicken soup.

- Pour the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, spreading evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
