Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spray a shallow roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, mix egg, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, and chopped garlic.
  4. In a separate container, combine bread crumbs, dried basil leaves, paprika, and white pepper.
  5. Dip chicken thighs into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
