Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna and break it into large pieces.
  2. Dissolve the chicken bouillon cubes in boiling water.
  3. Cook the chopped onion and celery in butter until tender.
  4. Blend in the flour, then gradually add the milk and bouillon to the onion and celery mixture, cooking until thickened while stirring constantly.
  5. Add the grated cheese and tuna, then heat until the cheese melts, stirring constantly.
