Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. boiled ham, chopped
  • 3/4 lb. American cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 8 stuffed green olives, sliced
  • 6 green onions, minced
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 20 mini bagels

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped ham, grated cheese, sliced olives, minced green onions, chopped green pepper, and chopped celery in a bowl.
  2. Mix olive oil and tomato sauce together and incorporate into the vegetable and meat mixture.
  3. Let the mixture stand overnight in the refrigerator to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Split the mini bagels in half.
  5. Spread approximately 2 teaspoons of the mixture onto each bagel half.
  6. Broil the bagels until the topping is bubbly and lightly browned.
  7. Serve immediately.
