Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • 4 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger with chopped onion and spices (salt, oregano, basil, garlic).
  2. Layer cooked rice, shredded cabbage, chopped green pepper, canned tomatoes, shredded mozzarella cheese, and cooked hamburger mixture in a large baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
