Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can salmon
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or liquid smoke
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
  • cocktail rye bread or crackers

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except nuts, parsley, and bread or crackers.
  2. Shape the mixture into a log.
  3. Mix nuts and parsley together; sprinkle onto a plate.
  4. Roll the log in the nut and parsley mixture to coat.
  5. Chill well before serving with cocktail bread or crackers.
