Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 (7 oz.) package flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (16 oz.) container frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 2 graham cracker pie shells

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet; add coconut and chopped pecans. Cook until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  2. Set the coconut and pecan mixture aside to cool.
  3. Combine softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk; beat until smooth.
  4. Fold in the thawed whipped topping.
  5. Layer half of the cream cheese mixture into each graham cracker pie shell.
  6. Drizzle one-quarter of the chocolate fudge topping over each pie.
  7. Sprinkle one-quarter of the toasted coconut mixture evenly over each pie.
  8. Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients.
  9. Cover and freeze until the pies are firm and ready to serve.
