Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup coconut
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F and grease and flour a tube or Bundt pan.
  2. Beat all ingredients except coconut and powdered sugar in a large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping sides frequently.
  3. Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove from pan and let cool completely.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
