Ingredients

  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 1 stick butter or oleo
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 (3 3/4 oz.) packages Jell-O instant coconut cream pudding
  • 3 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Blend softened butter or oleo with sifted flour and chopped pecans.
  2. Press the mixture into an 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch Pyrex dish.
  3. Bake in a 350°F oven for 20 minutes and then cool.
