Ingredients

  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Colby cheese, grated
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped

Instructions

  1. Cook the crushed pineapple with sugar for 5 minutes, stirring continuously; then let it cool.
  2. Add mayonnaise, grated Colby cheese, and chopped pecans to the cooled pineapple mixture.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and chill until set before serving.
