Ingredients

  • 1 lb. potatoes, peeled
  • 1 lb. cabbage, cored and chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. whipping cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. butter

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
  2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the saucepan.
  3. Mash the potatoes to a smooth puree.
  4. Add chopped cabbage and green onions to the mashed potatoes.
  5. Stir in whipping cream and butter until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm.
