Ingredients

  • 2 lb. carrots, cooked and sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 sweet onion, sliced
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Heat tomato soup, sugar, salad oil, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and vinegar in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Pour the hot mixture over cooked and sliced carrots, green pepper, and sweet onion in a large bowl.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for 48 hours.
  4. Serve cold or heat in a microwave if desired.
