- Bring undiluted tomato soup to a boil.
- Dissolve gelatin in 1/3 cup cold water and add to hot soup.

- Let cool for about 5 minutes; then add diced celery, diced onion, mayonnaise, and cooked, chopped shrimp.
- Pour mixture into a greased mold.
- Refrigerate for at least 24 hours until set.
- Unmold and serve with Ritz crackers or on lettuce as a salad.
