Ingredients

  • 17 oz. can corn
  • can peas
  • can French green beans
  • large jar pimentos
  • 4 stalks chopped celery
  • 1 purple onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup vinegar

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned vegetables and place them in a large bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, combine salt, pepper, oil, sugar, and vinegar.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
