Ingredients

  • 2 qt. grated cabbage
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 red sweet pepper
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed

Instructions

  1. Combine vinegar, liquid sweetener, water, celery seed, mustard seed, salt, and turmeric in a saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Let the mixture cool slightly, then pour over the grated cabbage and chopped peppers.
  4. Mix well and chill before serving.
