  • 1 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened butter and sharp Cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended.
  3. Add the flour, salt, and paprika to the cheese mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
