Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground meat
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 12 oz noodles
  • 8 oz can tomato soup
  • small bottle stuffed olives, sliced
  • 4.5 oz can black olives, chopped
  • minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • dash red pepper juice

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground meat in a large skillet.
  2. Add chopped onion, green pepper, and diced celery; cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Simmer the mixture for 15 minutes.
  4. Add tomato soup, mushroom soup, tomato paste, sliced stuffed olives, chopped black olives, minced garlic, oregano, and red pepper juice.
  5. Simmer for another 15 minutes, then remove from heat.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the meat and vegetable mixture.
  7. Transfer the mixture into shallow baking dishes.
  8. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 1 hour.
  9. Top with cheese and bake until the cheese is melted.
