- Fry bacon until crisp; remove from skillet and drain fat, reserving 1 tablespoon.

- Combine beaten eggs, milk, chopped pimiento, chopped parsley, and salt in a bowl.
- Toss shredded Cheddar and Swiss cheeses in flour; add to egg mixture and mix well.
