Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 (10 oz.) bag fresh torn spinach
  • 6 to 8 radishes, sliced
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 2 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Combine the oil, cider vinegar, onion salt, sugar, dry mustard, and paprika in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well and refrigerate.
  2. Just before serving, lightly toss the torn spinach, sliced radishes, sliced hard-cooked eggs, and crumbled bacon in a large bowl.
  3. Shake the dressing well again, then pour over the salad and toss to coat.
