Ingredients

  • 1 large can boned white chicken, drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 (3 1/2 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 2 packages unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup grated onion
  • 3/4 cup grated celery

Instructions

  1. Chop drained chicken.
  2. In a pot, melt the cream of chicken soup and cream cheese over low heat.
  3. Stir in the gelatin until well blended.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add mayonnaise, grated onion, and grated celery; stir well.
  6. Pour into a mold and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Unmold when ready to serve and garnish as desired.
  8. Serve with crackers.
