Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a saucepan.
  2. Add melted margarine to flour and chopped nuts; mix well.
  3. Pat the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth.
  7. Fold in Cool Whip until well combined.
  8. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  9. Chill before serving.
