Ingredients

  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can kernel corn
  • 12 oz. diced Swiss cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 2 stacks smashed Ritz Crackers

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients. Put in casserole dish, Cover; bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
