Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and chopped walnuts together to make the crust.
  3. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of an 8 x 8-inch pan.
  4. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sugar and mix well.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  7. Stir in sour cream and vanilla until well combined.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes.
  10. Leave in the oven with the door open for 1 hour to cool gradually.
  11. Top with cherries, blueberries, or your favorite fruit before serving.
