- Form the dough into logs about 2 inches in diameter, wrap in plastic, and chill until firm but not hard, about 1 hour.
- Roll the logs in finely chopped pistachios.
- Cut into 1/4-inch slices and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12 to 15 minutes until edges are golden.
