Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 3 packages (10 oz. each) frozen cream-style corn
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped celery, chopped onion, and diced cooked ham in butter.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the pot.
  3. Heat the mixture until warmed through.
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes before serving.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley.
