Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. milk (goat)
  • 2 c. cornmeal
  • 2 c. whole wheat flour or white
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 9 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. oil

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients.
  2. Bake at 450° until done.
  3. Bake in large black skillet.
  4. Serves 10 to 12 people.
